A lot of brands have been playing with iridescent and 3M reflective materials for sneakers this past year. From Adidas applying the effect to multiple running sneakers to Nike throwing the effect on the synthetic heel cap of the Nike Air Huaraches. Now Jordan Brand is hoping in the arena with their own retro silhouette. Ladies and gents, we introduce the Air Jordan VI ‘Chameleon.’
The sneaker is decked out in a color changing, iridescent, black leather upper complete with 3M reflective detailing, iridescent shoelace tips, and a translucent outsole that also has the iridescent effect throughout the sole. The sneaker also has a rub off feature very similar to this year’s AJ XII ‘Wings’ release.
Not much is known about the kicks but the AJ VI ‘Chameleon’ is expected to hit retailers come February of next year.
